We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Live-in Caregiver to join our team at JOY BALITE. As a Live-in Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients.
  • Medication Management: Assist clients with medication management, as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Availability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment

Our clients reside in rural areas, and we offer room and board as part of the compensation package.

Language and Work Conditions
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
