Job Overview:

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal guidance and support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to the organization on various matters.
  • Manage and coordinate legal projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure seamless delivery of legal services.
  • Research and analyze complex legal issues to provide informed recommendations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations.

Requirements:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal role.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and intellectual property law.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
