Key Responsibilities
  • Wine Knowledge and Service
    • Provide exceptional wine knowledge and service to guests, including wine selection and pairing recommendations.
    • Describe and advise on wine selection to guests, taking into account their preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Inventory Management
    • Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware, ensuring that our wine list is always up-to-date and well-stocked.
  • Sensory Evaluation
    • Perform sensory evaluation of wines to ensure that they meet our quality standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with our kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and a high level of guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience in the wine industry is essential.
