Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Bawa Property Management Inc.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Budgeting: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, including critical path method (CPM) and program evaluation and review technique (PERT).
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards, including health and safety regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and project team members.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The Construction Project Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to construction sites. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
