Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement visual merchandising strategies based on weekly guidelines.
  • Utilize advanced visual techniques to draw in and motivate customers to make purchases.
  • Regularly update mannequins, displays, and window presentations to reflect seasonal trends and promotional events.
  • Set up and oversee in-store promotions, utilizing point-of-sale materials effectively.
  • Analyze sales data to inform product placement and store layout adjustments.
  • Assist in training team members on effective merchandising and display techniques.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and development within the team.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding visual merchandising initiatives.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and lead by example in all interactions.
  • Ensure a safe and responsible work environment at all times.
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of six months of retail experience is preferred.
  • Experience in visual merchandising is advantageous.
  • Willingness to receive feedback and a desire to learn.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for product presentation.
