About the Role:

The Site Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the management team and facilitating site operations at BEST Service Pros. This position involves providing administrative assistance, managing inventory, billing, and scheduling, as well as answering client inquiries and maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize team work schedules, receive and audit team time sheets, and prepare payroll spreadsheets.
  • Complete new hire paperwork, schedule training, and facilitate cross-training.
  • Receive and process work orders, prepare monthly billing, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and radio, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Order supplies, manage inventory, and perform various clerical tasks, including filing, scanning, and photocopying.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Post-secondary diploma in Administration is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
