Job Summary

As an Insurance Broker at Western Financial, you will play a crucial role in meeting sales targets and building lasting relationships with customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email. You will also assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy, manage and build customer relationships, and meet insurance sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email
  • Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
  • Manage and build customer relationships
  • Meet insurance sales targets
  • Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
  • Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business

Requirements

  • No experience required, with applicable training provided for the right candidate
  • RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
  • Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
  • Working experience in EPIC an asset
