Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at First Nation school supplies Inc. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Exhibit designers plan and develop permanent and temporary or moveable exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces and other exhibitions
  • Order merchandise and authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules and oversee payroll administration
  • Sell merchandise and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
