Key Responsibilities
  • Store Profitability: Deliver results on store profitability goals by effectively managing sales, inventory, and expenses.
  • Customer Service: Provide quality customer sales experience through efficient execution of all customer transactions, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and accurately enter transactions into the system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Communication: Contact customers over the phone with past due balances and negotiate payment terms and schedules, resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Development: Hire and develop the store sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Team Management: Manage the sales team to ensure targets are met, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Compliance: Audit documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Store Operations: Ensure safety, security, and compliance policies are followed, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of one year experience in a management or team lead role, preferably in a retail or financial services environment.
  • Financial Services Experience: A minimum of one year of financial services and sales experience, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Sales Focus: Be sales driven and customer service focused, with a passion for sales and developing a sales team.
  • Leadership: Have a track record of developing a sales team and achieving sales goals, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Cash Handling: Have previous cash handling experience, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent work experience, with a strong understanding of business operations and management principles.
