Architectural Manager

Join CaraCo Group of Companies as an Architectural Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural drafting process, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and managing a team of architectural technologists.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the architectural drafting process to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage a team of architectural technologists to review and provide feedback on technical drawings and specifications
- Recruit, select, and develop a high-performance drafting team
- Work in close partnership with the residential and commercial construction teams to improve accuracy of designs
- Develop and maintain technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure final designs are compliant with building regulations and perform in-house BCIN review on plans as required
- Diploma in design, drafting, architecture, or a related field, or an equivalent through combined education and experience
- Minimum five years' experience in a senior drafting role
- Building Code Identification Number (BCIN) required - Small Buildings, House, Large Buildings, Legal
