Job Title: Language SpecialistWe're seeking a skilled Language Specialist to join our GenAI team. As a Language Specialist, you will be responsible for creating training data sets for AI models, annotating data to align with human values, and analyzing and improving the grammar and syntax of AI-generated text.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop high-quality training data sets for AI models
- Annotate data to ensure AI models align with human values
- Analyze and improve the grammar and syntax of AI-generated text
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate on AI models
- Contribute to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
- Advanced degree in Spanish and English
- Bachelor's degree (completed) is the minimum requirement; Master's or PhD preferred
- Ability to edit and improve technical communication across various technical fields

The salary range for this position is between CAD $48,000 to $55,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
