About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Language Specialist to join our GenAI team. As a Language Specialist, you will be responsible for creating training data sets for AI models, annotating data, and analyzing and improving the grammar and syntax of AI-generated text.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality training data sets for AI models
  • Annotate data to align with human values
  • Analyze and improve the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of AI-generated text
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate on AI models
  • Contribute to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes
Requirements
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
  • Advanced degree in German and English
  • Bachelor's degree (completed) is the minimum requirement; Master's or PhD preferred
  • Ability to edit and improve technical communication across various technical fields

The salary range for this position is between CAD $48,000 to $55,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
