Job Summary:

The Amusement Technician Manager is a key member of our team at Cineplex, responsible for ensuring an exceptional gaming experience for our guests. As a leader in the gaming industry, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Amusement Technician Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the repair and maintenance of gaming equipment by consistently evaluating all equipment and proactively determining potential problems and solutions when they occur.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff members, including troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting equipment conditions and recommending actions to be taken.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Maintain knowledge of Federal, Provincial, and Municipal regulations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and codes.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the success of the team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar environment, preferably in a management role.
  • Experience with preventative maintenance, diagnostic techniques, and repairs, as well as a thorough knowledge of gaming equipment principles and operation.
  • Schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.
