Games Technician Manager

Job Summary:
The Amusement Technician Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for providing an exceptional gaming experience to our guests. As a leader in the gaming industry, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the repair and maintenance of gaming equipment to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on equipment performance and recommend maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of our gaming facilities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a management capacity.
- Proven experience with preventative maintenance, diagnostic techniques, and repairs of gaming equipment.
- Strong knowledge of gaming equipment principles and operation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
