Our Ideal Candidate
Allnorth is currently seeking a Senior Transportation Design Engineer. The right candidate will have a wide breadth of experience in Urban and Rural roads, Highways and Interchanges, problem-solving is integral as you navigate site constraints and optimize traffic flow, collaborating with stakeholders and conducting quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy of work. The right candidate will foster innovation and knowledge-sharing within the team. Coordination of project activities and documentation of design decisions round out their responsibilities, ensuring projects progress smoothly and efficiently.
A Day in the Life
- Develop, maintain contacts and relationships with key clients and identify and pursue new clients and markets
- Participate in and oversee the design of urban and rural roads, highways, and interchanges
- Solve complex engineering challenges related to traffic flow and site constraints
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards
- Coordinate project activities and document design decisions
