This role is set within a vibrant restaurant atmosphere, where teamwork and efficiency are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position involves overseeing a team of 5-10 individuals, including:

  • General cooks
  • Food and beverage servers
  • Food service counter attendants and food preparers
  • Kitchen and food service helpers
Work Conditions
  • Fast-paced environment requiring the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent walking is required.
