Key Responsibilities- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, taking into account various factors such as materials, labor, and equipment costs.
- Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and safety.
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards.
- Plan and manage budgets, ensuring we stay within our financial constraints.
- Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, making informed decisions to drive project success.
- Prepare reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any issues that may arise.
- 5-10 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management software and tools.

Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week.
