We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Service Aisle Person to join our team at London Drugs Limited. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Merchandise products to the sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment
  • Handle general inquiries, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and maintaining a safe and secure environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Good cash handling skills and knowledge of cash register operations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
