Customer ServiceProvide excellent customer service, answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, and directing visitors to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
Administrative SupportPerform data entry, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and maintain accurate records and files.
Marketing SupportWork with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Computer and Technology SkillsProficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
LanguageFluent in English.
Work Environment40 hours per week, permanent position.
