As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer has a great experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory.
- Lead and Develop Team: Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that all staff follows safety and security rules and procedures, as well as Company policies.
- Store Appearance: Maintain the store's appearance to the highest standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Qualifications: Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management.
- Cosmetology License: Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
- Personal Qualities: Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn and develop.
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion: Passion for all things hair and beauty.
