Store Manager

Bain Dépôt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, motivate, train, and supervise a team of sales professionals.
- Ensure the store meets sales targets and achieves optimal performance.
- Guarantee excellent customer service and develop lasting relationships with customers.
- Optimize sales and maximize profitability.
- Validate and communicate sales reports and relevant information.
- Ensure the implementation of promotions and attractive product displays.
- Supervise inventory controls and track product orders.
- Continuously recruit and train employees to maintain high performance.
- Clearly define and communicate sales goals to the team.
- Plan and manage store operations according to established procedures.
- Ensure store openings and closings according to established schedules.
- Integrate and respect policies, procedures, and controls in every aspect of daily operations.
- Promote and apply workplace health and safety programs.
- Ensure regular and impeccable store maintenance.
- Plan, record, and approve work schedules, and manage timesheets according to working hour management rules.
- Follow established procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the administrative center when necessary.
- Perform all other related tasks diligently and proactively.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience for this role.
- College diploma.
- Availability to work flexibly, including days, evenings, and weekends according to the company's needs.
- Marked autonomy and initiative.
- Excellent customer orientation.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Good judgment and the ability to make informed decisions.
- Efficiently organizes and plans work.
