Position Overview

As a Culinary Specialist at Chef Cho Restaurant Ltd., you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your expertise in food preparation and kitchen management will ensure that our culinary offerings meet the highest standards.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess food portion sizes and calculate associated costs.
  • Design menus and forecast food requirements for their execution.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Provide training to staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
  • Oversee kitchen personnel and assist in their development.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of food supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas.
Experience Requirements

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a culinary environment is preferred.
