Store Operations Manager

Join our dynamic team at Little Burgundy, a leading footwear retailer known for its unique style and commitment to artistic expression. We're seeking a highly motivated Assistant Store Manager to support our Store Manager and Manager In Training in achieving store and personal sales goals, controlling expenses, and protecting company assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products effectively.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training high-caliber employees to meet in-store needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure seamless store operations, including stock replenishment, inventory management, and loss prevention.
- Communicate effectively with the District Sales Manager, Distribution, and Buying and Merchandising departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise and manage daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Manager In Training.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve company initiatives and maintain high standards of performance.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a retail environment, with a focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
- Ability to work night and weekend shifts, as required.
- Completion of all training programs leading up to Co-Manager position or equivalent training.
