Little Burgundy Assistant Store Manager

Join our dynamic team at Little Burgundy, a leading footwear retailer known for its unique style and commitment to artistic expression. We're seeking a highly motivated Assistant Store Manager to support our Store Manager and Manager In Training in achieving store and personal sales goals, controlling expenses, and protecting company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products effectively.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training high-caliber employees to meet in-store needs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure seamless store operations, including stock replenishment, inventory management, and loss prevention.
  • Communicate effectively with the District Sales Manager, Distribution, and Buying and Merchandising departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise and manage daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Manager In Training.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve company initiatives and maintain high standards of performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a retail environment, with a focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
  • Ability to work night and weekend shifts, as required.
  • Completion of all training programs leading up to Co-Manager position or equivalent training.
