Are you looking for a challenging role that combines leadership skills with a focus on asset protection and inventory management? As a Store Operations Manager at EightSix Network, you will be responsible for implementing effective loss prevention policies and procedures to minimize losses and protect our assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and enforce loss prevention policies and procedures to reduce shrinkage and protect company assets
- Assist the store management team in instilling company values and customer promises within the team and in the store
- Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and periodic full store inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Order inventory and manage stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize waste
- Ensure proper store opening and closing procedures are followed, including alarm checks and security walks
- 2+ years of experience in retail management and customer service
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- A dynamic and positive work environment with opportunities for career advancement
