About the Role

Cosmoify Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Shipper to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for planning and organizing the operational logistics of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Planning: Develop and implement effective logistics plans to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of resources.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, analyzing key performance indicators and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop workers in duties and policies, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign work tasks, reviewing progress and providing feedback to ensure high-quality results.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and optimal use of resources.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing downtime.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Language: English (required).
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
