Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Convenience Store.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to meet the needs of our customers.
- Order merchandise and authorize returns to maintain a well-stocked store.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to achieve store goals.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
- Accurate and efficient in all tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
