Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Bob's Restaurant 2015 Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
