Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at FasGas. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, including managing staff, controlling daily operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective store performance.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and ensure that all products are displayed and merchandised effectively.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and conduct performance reviews to ensure that all employees are meeting expectations.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Work under pressure to meet sales targets and ensure that the store is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods of time.
