Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their insurance needs are met.
  • Insurance Solutions: Educate and advise clients on our insurance products, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options and making informed decisions.
  • Marketing and Sales: Work with our agents to establish and meet marketing goals, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales.
Requirements
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Sales Experience: Successful record of meeting sales goals and quotas, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Insurance Knowledge: Property and Casualty license (preferred) or ability to obtain.
