Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Hometown Furniture Penticton. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing sales staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, assign duties, and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Customer Service: Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving issues, answering questions, and providing product information.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Will train, with a focus on permanent employment and a 30-40 hour workweek.
- Language: English.
