Job Summary

Guardium Logistics Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, analyzing inventory levels, shipping and receiving activities, and other key performance indicators.
  • Inventory Control: Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, providing technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and logistics teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Environment
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, working under tight deadlines, handling heavy loads up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
