About the Role:

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment for customers and employees, while also providing exceptional service and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead security and back-of-house operations to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with senior security officers and management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations.
  • Ensure security systems and procedures are adhered to, conducting daily inspections and reporting any issues or concerns.
  • Supervise and train security team members, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a secure environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience working in luxury retail, security, or a related field.
