Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at CRAZY FABRIC WAREHOUSE. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of sales floor staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective task management
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures
- Authorize return of merchandise and maintain accurate inventory records
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
