Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at MANITOBA INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • Cook Trade Certification
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
Working Conditions:
