About the RoleAs a Behavox Events Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, planning, and executing events at a global scale. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Programs (Events), you will have access to the resources necessary to run world-class events.
This is a green-field opportunity to contribute to a passionate community of visionary professionals and take on a leadership role in activities that include:
- Researching and evaluating events to drive business growth
- Creating and growing company-owned events that engage prospective client organizations
- Collaborating with various departments to execute events and learn multiple aspects of a hyper-growth business
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of Behavox's mission, marketplace, and technologies. You should be able to confidently make business decisions in high-pressure situations and have experience in negotiating event and vendor contracts.
You should also have knowledge of how to 'make things work' - achieving results through teams, tools, and systems - and be familiar with how Events Marketing integrates and serves the greater marketing plan/function.
What You'll DoAs a Behavox Events Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing multiple projects and priorities independently and simultaneously
- Creating, planning, and managing events at a global scale (travel may be required)
- Ensuring event execution, including long days, weekends, and trips
- Learning quickly, taking over processes, and adjusting to meet business needs
- Paying attention to the little details that make all the difference at global events
