The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of cleaning and maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services are required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Coordinate Work Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless work operations.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
