Painter - Decorative Finishes Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Winmar Moose Jaw. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and wall covering services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Paint Mixing and Application: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, and apply it to interior and exterior surfaces using a variety of techniques and tools.
- Wall Covering Installation: Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, ensuring a precise and professional finish.
- Customer Service: Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings, providing expert guidance and recommendations to meet their needs.
- Project Management: Work with clients to understand their requirements, and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and wall covering
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
