This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of team members, guests, and company assets at CB Canada facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures, leading by example, and contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and document security incidents, including violations, unsafe conditions, and suspicious activities.
- Enforce restricted access to authorized personnel and maintain a secure environment.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility and report any security concerns.
- Escort guests and team members as directed and perform identification checks.
- Refer disputes to the supervisor and perform crowd control as needed.
- Communicate effectively with operational departments and build strong working relationships with guests and team members.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience.
- Food Safety Certificate.
- Guard Force Training an asset.
- Occupational First Aid Level 2 Certificate an asset.
- Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
This role requires working in a regular casino environment, standing and walking for long periods, and exposure to some elements of danger, noise, and verbal or physical abuse. Non-traditional work hours may be required.
