About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
  • Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure optimal profitability and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and increase sales.
  • Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager who possesses excellent leadership and communication skills. You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of restaurant operations and management principles.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
