About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Transportation Labourer to join our team at Pluto Transport Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transportation of goods and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation of Tools and Equipment: Safely transport tools and equipment on push or hand cars to various locations within the warehouse or on-site.
  • Freight Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of freight cars to ensure they are free from physical damage and meet cleanliness standards.
  • Assistance with Loading and Unloading: Provide support to trucks and delivery drivers during loading and unloading operations to ensure efficient and safe handling of goods.
  • Labouring Duties in Warehouses: Perform various labouring duties within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work Environment: This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
