Position Overview

As a Retail Pastry Chef at Portofino Bakery Ltd, you will play a crucial role in our operations by creating a variety of baked goods that delight our customers.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a bakery setting.
Work Environment

You will be working in a bake shop where your skills will be utilized to their fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough for various baked items including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, following recipes or special requests.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
  • Frost and artistically decorate cakes and other baked goods.
  • Ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Operate necessary machinery safely and efficiently.
