Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers, while ensuring profitability and efficiency in food preparation and service.

Culinary Operations Management

Oversee the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring high-quality standards are met and maintained throughout the kitchen.

Inventory Management and Control

Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen efficiency and minimize waste.

Customer Service and Support

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers with food allergies or intolerances receive safe and enjoyable dining experiences.

Team Support and Development

Participate in training and development programs to enhance culinary skills and knowledge, and support the growth and development of team members.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.

Language and Communication

Fluency in English and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.

Work Environment and Hours

40 hours per week, with a permanent work term and a dynamic work environment that values teamwork and customer satisfaction.
