**Compétences et Responsabilités** :
- **Développer et maintenir des relations efficaces avec les Propriétaires et les équipes de soutien des magasins afin de promouvoir les performances des magasins.**
- **Assister les directeurs de district avec les normes de contrôle, telles que la sécurité, l'inventaire, les rappels de produits et la sécurité alimentaire.**
- **Fournir une assistance aux magasins dans l'exécution des normes de merchandising et d'opérations, telles que les processus de stockage, le service client, les entretiens, la réception et les heures d'ouverture.**
- **Réaliser les cibles de main-d'œuvre pour maximiser la rentabilité tout en garantissant la satisfaction du client.**
- **Assister à l'élaboration du plan opérationnel des magasins et de l'équipe de direction, examiner les contrats de tiers et de services, exécuter le plan de remplissage frais et GM, et s'assurer que le lancement est effectué dans le budget alloué à temps.**
- **Soutenir les initiatives conçues pour augmenter l'engagement des employés, améliorer la productivité de la main-d'œuvre, et améliorer la recrutement et la rétention.**
- **Fournir des commentaires aux directeurs de district concernant la stratégie de format et d'unité d'affaires, le budget, la gamme de produits et d'autres questions.**
- **Surveiller l'environnement concurrentiel dans les régions assignées et proposer des réponses axées sur le marché.**
**Exigences du Rôle** :
- **Expérience en opérations avec une connaissance solide des systèmes de magasin, des états de profit et de perte, des processus et procédures.**
- **Compétences interpersonnelles, résolution de problèmes et de communication solides.**
- **3-5 ans d'expérience en formation, développement et gestion dans un environnement de vente au détail.**
- **Connaissance excellente des systèmes de magasin (SAP, STAS, SWEDA MART, etc.) et compétence en MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).**
- **Exposition et compréhension des rapports de magasin (P&L, COS, Gestion de la main-d'œuvre, Shrink, etc.); et la capacité de les articuler et d'appliquer.**
- **Confort dans la gestion dans un environnement syndiqué/non-syndiqué avec un accent sur la formation et le développement.**
- **Niveau élevé de professionnalisme et capacité à traiter efficacement avec tous les niveaux au sein de l'organisation ainsi que les contacts externes.**
- **Déplacement important requis.**
