About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our Financial Services product team at Wave HQ. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial services, preferably with a strong background in payments acquiring and acceptance and payments facilitation space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of product strategy and translate customer and market insights into actionable product plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with stakeholders in Engineering, Design, CX, Finance, Risk & Underwriting, and Compliance.
  • Manage key stakeholders and business partners across the organization to adopt and execute your vision with metrics and business cases.
  • Use data to inform your decision-making and identify innovative product opportunities for prospects and customers through customer engagement, industry research, and ideation.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of working experience in product management and a minimum of 5 years in the fintech industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial products onboarding experiences, including KYC, KYB, and risk and fraud mitigation practices.
  • Experience leading product teams and taking new products from ideation to launch to scale in a Fintech environment.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and make hard decisions in a fast-paced environment, while actively identifying and mitigating issues that have an impact on successful completion of goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the integrity and confidence to liaise with executives and senior management.
