Job Title: Produce Clerk
At Tony's Fresh Market, we're committed to providing exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping experience. As a Produce Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our produce area is well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and offering product recommendations to customers.
- Ensure the produce area is well-maintained, including receiving and stocking product, rotating stock, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Assist customers with locating items throughout the produce department.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a produce or grocery environment is desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
