Food Service Manager

Join Chef Abod Cafe and Catering as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and train staff in various areas of responsibility, including food preparation, service, and sanitation.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Administrative: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant or catering firm.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, excellent oral communication, and flexibility.
