CABIN COFFEE Food Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at CABIN COFFEE. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy café.
  • Requisition and manage food and kitchen supplies to maintain high standards of quality and freshness.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate and manage food and supply costs to maintain profitability and efficiency.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
