Key Responsibilities
Culinary Service Supervisor Responsibilities
Oversee, coordinate, and schedule the tasks of staff involved in food preparation and service Assess and procure necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation Compile food order summaries for chefs based on requests from dietitians, patients, or other clients Develop work schedules and operational procedures Maintain inventory records, including stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste Train new employees in food service responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols Supervise the assembly of regular and specialized diet trays and ensure timely delivery to patients Ensure food quality and service meet established standards Participate in the recruitment of food service staff and assist in policy, procedure, and budget development Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally May perform additional related tasks as requiredFood Operations Attendant Skills
Portion and package food items Maintain records of food usage Prepare, heat, and finalize simple food dishes Take customer orders Utilize manual and electrical tools for food preparation Package take-out meals and serve customers at counters or buffet stations Stock refrigerators and salad barsRequired Qualifications
Strong work ethic Punctual and a reliable team player Training is provided for Food Operations Attendant roles.
