Job Summary

The Maintenance Planner will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of our plant equipment. This position is responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment availability and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are properly documented and recorded.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance services.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • College degree in industrial maintenance or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in maintenance planning and coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance planning software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
