Job Description

At EMCO Corporation, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Kitchen Sales Specialist - Full Time. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients in the decision, purchase, and follow-up of their bath, kitchen, and lighting needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients in the decision, purchase, and follow-up of their bath, kitchen, and lighting needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, homebuyers, homebuilders, contractors, and other members of the EMCO team.
  • Work closely with the homebuyer, homebuilder, contractor, and other members of the EMCO team to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing, home construction, plumbing industry, or designing is an asset but not required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
